So here are my do-it-at-home workouts for abs, arms and legs. You can add exercises if you’d like to and use weights if you want to, but every exercise is doable without any equipment.

Look up the exercises on google if you don’t know them. If the pictures dosn’t help you, go search on youtube for a short video of the exercise.
